This recruiting system enables our recruiting staff to utilize a skill-matching search engine and relational database management system to rapidly obtain candidates with the credentials, skills, and experience our clients seek.
To further refine and expedite our searches, our system also permits our recruiters to search by other criteria, tracking not only the number of job orders received, the number of candidates identified, the number of client interviews and the number of client placements.
